Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o promulgou a Lei n\u00ba 10.861, de 2004, que instituiu o Sistema Nacional de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Superior. Tem como responsabilidade a condu\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos internos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, viabilizando a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sistem\u00e1tica, permanente e ampla, que permitir\u00e1 a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es de ordem interna e externa sobre o desempenho da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o. Tem em vista a emiss\u00e3o de ju\u00edzo de valor e a tomada de decis\u00e3o, visando \u00e0 necessidade de viabilizar melhoria cont\u00ednua de tudo o que envolve a Institui\u00e7\u00e3o: ensino e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino, englobando com isso, as pessoas (professores e membros do corpo t\u00e9cnico-administrativo, coordenadores e dire\u00e7\u00e3o), a infraestrutura, os servi\u00e7os, enfim, tudo o que \u00e9 importante para que o servi\u00e7o educacional aconte\u00e7a com segmentos da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de Ensino, devendo ter, pelo menos, um representante do corpo discente, um representante do corpo docente, um representante do corpo t\u00e9cnico-administrativo e um representante da comunidade externa, respeitando o crit\u00e9rio da proporcionalidade, ou seja, o n\u00famero de representantes deve ser igual, considerando cada de sistematiza\u00e7\u00e3o e de presta\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es solicitadas pelo INEP, que responde pela avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Ensino Superior no Brasil, \u00e0 servi\u00e7o do MEC.<\/p><p>b) sensibilizar e mobilizar a comunidade acad\u00eamica para fixar a identidade institucional, explicitando a vis\u00e3o, a miss\u00e3o e os valores da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o. Tendo em vista a necessidade de obter a melhoria da qualidade do ensino, da pesquisa, da extens\u00e3o e dos servi\u00e7os administrativos, visando o interesse da comunidade, a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o das necessidades sociais detectadas e o perfil de sociedade\/cidad\u00e3os pretendidos pela Institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>c) integrar os diversos procedimentos internos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como viabilizar a integra\u00e7\u00e3o com os sistemas governamentais de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>d) oferecer a devolutiva de todos os processos avaliativos, sobretudo apresentando as medidas corretivas, ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-5362\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Objetivos Espec\u00edficos<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-5362\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5362\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>a) deflagrar um processo de autocr\u00edtica de toda a comunidade acad\u00eamica;<\/p><p>b) dinamizar, subsidiar, supervisionar e divulgar todo o processo de autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p><p>c) obter subs\u00eddios para o planejamento institucional;<\/p><p>d) obter subs\u00eddios para a montagem e a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do quadro de indicadores de qualidade nos trabalhos desenvolvidos pela Institui\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p><p>e) servir de instrumento de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos cursos oferecidos pela Institui\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p><p>f) avaliar o desempenho docente no tocante ao ensino, \u00e0 pesquisa e \u00e0 extens\u00e3o;<\/p><p>g) avaliar o desempenho t\u00e9cnico-administrativo;<\/p><p>h) avaliar, sob uma perspectiva administrativa, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es, o planejamento e a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do processo ensino-aprendizagem;<\/p><p>i) identificar a qualidade, a quantidade e a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os administrativos;<\/p><p>j) apontar a realidade da infraestrutura em que os servi\u00e7os s\u00e3o realizados;<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-5363\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Processo de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-5363\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5363\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>Temos dois momentos distintos da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, promovido pela CPA, a saber:<\/p><p>1. Sempre no m\u00eas de maio, teremos a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o. Esta avalia\u00e7\u00e3o subsidiar\u00e1 a tomada de decis\u00e3o para ser um importante instrumento de gest\u00e3o, tendo em vista a necessidade de cumprir com os objetivos propostos anteriormente;<\/p><p>2. Sempre no m\u00eas de Outubro teremos a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Institucional. Esta avalia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 baseada em dez dimens\u00f5es, constantes na Lei n\u00ba 10.861, artigo 3\u00ba, englobando toda a Institui\u00e7\u00e3o e com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os segmentos. A partir desta avalia\u00e7\u00e3o cada Institui\u00e7\u00e3o protocola no sistema e-mec (um sistema eletr\u00f4nico do MEC onde s\u00e3o tramitados os processos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, regula\u00e7\u00e3o e supervis\u00e3o do ensino superior), um relat\u00f3rio anual, at\u00e9 31 de mar\u00e7o de cada ano.<\/p><p><b>Quem avalia saber\u00e1 do resultado da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/b><\/p><p><b>A<\/b>p\u00f3s a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o os resultados ser\u00e3o estatisticamente trabalhados e apresentados para que cada setor competente
